“The food & service was amazing. We were seated at the last table and because it was so light outside, we had trouble seeing each other's face! Prices were high, but well worth it. We opted for the ala carte menu and we still spent over $500 on the meal including drinks for 4 people. Ouch!“

“I’m writing this review the morning after my wedding because I was so thrilled with our experience at The Mill that I didn’t even want to wait.If you’re considering booking The Mill for your wedding (or any event), stop considering and just DO IT. The venue is absolutely stunning in every sense of the word, from the beautiful exposed brick, to the decked out bar area, and the lovely bridal house.Beyond just the aesthetics, the staff here are INCREDIBLE. We had Bailey as our Day of Coordinator, and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we wanted and running smoothly. I can’t even put into words how amazing she was through the entire day.The owner, Brandon, has also been so kind to us throughout the entire process and very communicative. He even stopped by the bridal house in the morning to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The bar staff was also incredible and kept us updated on where we were with the tab, and the drinks were fantastic.Our wedding was an absolute dream and I am so beyond happy we went with The Mill. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!“

This restaurant have the best Street Tacos in Weld County, Larimer county, in my opinion. decided to try their fried chicken dinner and it was so hot, juicy and crispy. “Absolutely thrilled with today's lunch experience! The burger special featuring pulled pork and a sweet habanero sauce was hands down the best burger I've savored in a long while. And those chile cheese fries? Absolute perfection! The green chile boasted authentic flavor and just the right amount of spice, elevating the dish to new heights. Compared to previous visits, the improvement in the quality of the chile was undeniable. Keep up the fantastic cooking! We're already planning our next visit.“

“My friend and I stopped here for lunch, specifically because they were accepting dogs on their patio. We were in the area from out of town for a dog event, and this place was perfect. We ordered the artichoke dip as an appetizer, loved that it came with veggies and chips. We ordered a burger patty and chicken breast for the dogs' lunch, and they accommodated not seasoning them for the dogs! My friend and I both got fish and chips, the fries were amazing, and so was the fish! I loved the rootbeer, and would totally stop by here to eat again next time I'm in the area.“
