“I had them process 600+ lbs of bison and they did a great job. Glad that ground bison is vacuumed at 1ish lbs and is made with the bags you can tear open. Everything was packaged well. Had it driven from CO to SC in insulated bags and everything was 90% frozen when I got it 48+ hrs later.“

“Place was a bit dirty and untidy. Knives and utensils not wiped between sandwiches. My sandwich tasted like mustard and vinegar in areas which I had to break away and toss because I'm allergic. I notified the girl and asked her to change knife or wipe it but went unheeded. Used to be great at one point.“
