“Dairy Queen in Monte Vista, CO, is one of very few places to take the kids out for ice cream. I can handle that. My crew and I went through the drive-thru on 9/2/2023. It's an easy place to get in and out of.The speaker was in good working condition. The employees were kind and worked quickly to get our order out even though they made me wait in an area just past the pickup window. My kiddos got soft-serv with their kids meal. It was a beautiful work of art on a warm day. I found it odd that an employee asked if they wanted their ice cream now or later. At the drive-thru! “Am a truck driver and frequently order from this location. Tried to order delivery on the app on 05/25/23, it wouldn’t let me. So called store directly and was quickly assisted placing my order and driver arrived earlier than quoted. Food is always hot and all items ordered are delivered. Highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work guys!“
“Need to add to previous review. The staff is even better than my last review!!! I was ordering with the app and screwed up the order. When I got to the restaurant I told them what is done and a great round lady went back and forth 4 times to my car to fix my mistake. Wonderful!!!Picked up a large order! The staff was great!“
“I'm not a fan of Subway but we don't have many options on our town. There are two Hispanic men that work nights who are very friendly and they always get our order exactly as ordered. BUT I refuse to go during the day because the manager is RUDE. I cannot believe she still has a job there and she is allowed to treat people this way. So we just don't go during the day.... EVER!“
