“I go in once in awhile to this place, usually when I go in the cashier's are rude and not very friendly even the manager. the last 2 times I've gone there, there was an older lady at the drive thru she was nice I had my dog with me and she gave him a little treat. I went inside last week there was a girl her name was Lauryn, she was very nice and friendly. Arbys should give props to employees like these makes a customer's experience great and want to come back.“

“I miss the indoor seating so, when we saw this one in Alamosa …. COOL… but, no salad bar …. Was told it was broken same with the buffet table …. Sad … no soda pop machine.. only cans and NO ICE! Definitely not what I was expecting … run down 😥…. Very nice staff … we left a tip according…. No there fault the owner is cheap“

“I went to juanitos not expecting to be treated like a queen but also the food was more than delicioso. The boss was so polite and very respectful I felt very much welcome and heard. The waitress was attentive and the resturaunt was full she still brought everything we needed and more. I'm definitely making this my new spot. Especially because the beer was cold and the experience totally turned my while day around thank u so much for unbelievable service food and all at an affordable price. I ate everything.“

“The fish is good if you have them drop it fresh it's located in Taco Bell so not many people order the long John Silvers I love fish so I use the good coupons to get a better deal and always have it dropped in the fryer when I order I love it and have since I was a child ?????

Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll right in with wheelchair and scooter side isles big bathrooms this place is great for handicap as well as elderly so don't just order to go stop in and enjoy dinner or lunch with a friend???‍ ??‍ ??‍ “

“Great place to get a sandwich! I stopped with the wrestling team. 15 of us total, and they got right after making sandwiches for us and we stopped at 9:30 at night. Super friendly staff, the guy starting the sandwiches talked to us like he knew us, the guy that finished them was very good about making it like we wanted and visited with us also, the woman checking us out was very pleasant and handled it all quickly. Great food, easy access location and super service made it a very good stop. Thanks“

“There was no LJS here. They are in the middle of a remodel and the Taco Bell part is open while the LJS is being worked. We were told in about 2 weeks, roughly mid Sep of 25, the LJS will reopen and the TB part will undergo renovations. So in a few months, they should be all ready to go. Just be aware, they put out nothing to let you know there would be availability issues during their reno.“

“We have come to this location many times. However, in the recent years we only use the drive-thru. When we used to come inside several years ago, we were ignored or rudely treated by that staff back then. Apparently, things have changed and we gladly even tip the cashier/order taker at the window. Maybe things have changed inside, but we have adjusted with ordering and taking our food. Thank you for being more courteous.“

“Went to get dinner thru the drive thru and was helped be a AWESOME young man who's name is Andrew. He was very attentive, helpful and polite. I give him a rating of 10 out of 10!!! Thank you so much Andrew, it's because of you that Burger King is know my favorite fast food restaurant in ALAMOSA.“

“This is the best location in the area. I have been a customer there since 2018 when I moved to the area. It is a good place to bring kids, they correct errors made, they rarely run out of product and keep a clean environment.They handle being busy well and add value to your day with their positive attitudes and knowledgeable staff. They hold themselves accountable when problems arise and value customers as well as the quality of their performance.I recommend this place without reservation.“

“Stopped to get something quick to eat and got in and out fairly quick. I hit at a busy time in the late afternoon but the staff was working hard to keep up with a busy counter and drive through at the same time and add to that a number of mobile orders to take out. I was impressed at their speed with all that was going on and the guy who waited on me had a smile and was friendly, glad I stopped in friendly, and got my order right away and was going between the counter and bringing food out, he was busy but was doing a super job. The store was clean and neat, well lit and bright. It was a bit noisy but with the crowd it is understandable. I didn't go into the play area but it looked big and had seating for mom and dad to sit and eat while the kids played.“
