“This is the best Pho place I’ve been to in CO, I’ve spent a long time trying to find a good Pho restaurant and this is by far the best one, the service is amazing and the food is incredible, Jim and Jennifer are usually my servers, and they remembered me and my partners order. Salady is such a fun and refreshing little find in Westminster. I love that they offer Korean inspired bowls and salads; it’s not something you see often in this area. The ingredients taste really fresh, and I especially like the soba noodle bowl with beef rib after a workout, super flavorful without feeling heavy.

That said, the service can be a bit hit or miss. The staff is friendly when you’re there in person, but I’ve noticed some inconsistency with to go orders. A couple of times dressings or toppings were missing, which is a little frustrating. Still, the food itself makes up for it, and when everything goes smoothly it’s such a great healthy option for lunch or dinner. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, just double check your take out bag before leaving. 🥗🫜“
