Great food and service!
Shout out to the manager on Oct 14th—she was so patient and kind while training her staff on a busy Friday night. We had exceptional service from Alex, the young cashier. My 88-year-old dad, who has dementia, was with me, and Alex took the time to chat with him, even when he repeated himself. Such a kind and genuine person—Garramone’s is lucky to have staff like this!
I went in for lunch as I walked thru the door I was hit by an awful smell looking down at the carpet it was filthy and needed a cleaning bad. The smell got worse after I sat down requiring me to leave. My recommendation to my friends is to stay away from that discussing place.
Was a customer for decades but last few times service and food had alot to be desired, so we figured one more chance called to order for pick up at 8pm and she said we are closing soon yeah at 9, so she asked another employee and they blurted out "No don't take order I wanna go home" so needless to say after all these years no more chances.
