I just ordered a mega mango and got charged double for it. And I asked for the vitamins because I forgot to ask, and she (during 1/2/2024 shift 12pm white lady about 5’7” brown hair) charged me for it. Then I said isn’t it free and she said yes actually it is, so I asked if she charged me a dollar for it. And she said no. I had to order over the phone yesterday and send someone to pick it up because I was so sick. Jamba is a restaurant known for its great smoothies and delicious snacks. They offer a variety of menu items, including seasonal products. Customers can expect perfect timing and quality in their orders, with staff who are attentive and able to handle multiple tasks at once. The portion size is generous, and the prices are fair. The staff is commended for their excellent service, making Jamba an ideal place for a meal or snack. The location is solid, and the smoothies are good. One customer highlighted the Caribbean Passion smoothie, calling it a "giant cup of happiness" and noted that the Peach Perfection was also great. The staff is described as super fast and professional, with one employee even putting a smoothie in the fridge to keep it cold, which was appreciated. However, some customers mentioned a lack of human interaction, as orders are taken through kiosks, which can make the experience feel less personal. They are now using new paper cups, which are better than plastic cups.
