Ordered tenders online but when I went to pick them up, they said they had none and had to substitute regular chisken which tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Lobby was closed, had to go through the drive thru. Had to wait in the parking lot for my food. Employee had to come out and go back inside 4 times because he kept forgetting my items. I was so flustered by the end of it, I didnt even realize they forgot our biscuits and chocolate cake. Not a very good experience.
I would have gave this store 3 stars because I had to go back because I was missing a couple items, but I called and let the lady know and she was polite and even though she had to check that I order that she didn’t make me feel like I was lying. Then when I got to the store the manager he was so polite and apologetic. He ended up giving me a cake that I didn’t ask for and he is the reason I gave it 5 stars! Thank you!
The manager was great!!! He helped me out with. Special request! Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast!!! Great location to visit!!!

The burger is good, with plenty of sauce but not enough vegetables, and better than McDonald's. The interior is modern and clean, and recent improvements include fresh fry oil and friendly staff. While orders may occasionally be pronounced in Spanish, the restaurant maintains a good vibe with nice and talkative workers. Although customers have experienced inconsistency at times, many appreciate the professionalism of the staff in handling issues. Overall, the food is enjoyed by many, and the service is often praised for being accommodating.
