“While waiting for my daughter having surgery, we took my 4 yr old to play and have lunch. It's always stressful while someone is in surgery but adding a cold day and a 4 yr old who wants to play but it's to cold for her, just isn't fun. We came across this mcds and her eyes opened up and she wasn't sad anymore! We went inside she saw the playground and... Well mommy wasn't on her mind. She ran, she played and she was happy. She wasn't sad about Mommy being sad and hurt. Her mind was refocused and she was allowed to be happy. Mommy has been sick and in surgeries off and on her whole life. For this time, she was thrilled happy playing running.... A kid!
The staff was wonderful. She spilled some of her milk a wonderful employee came over mopped it up and even smiled at her winked told her it was ok. Like huh????? Just absolutely an amazing time for a little girl who needed that in her day.

“I gotta say, I have never met an actually good kindhearted manager at a McDonald’s. Now maybe she wasn’t a manager idk. Someone took my curbside order of a fish filet, watermelon refresher. I already had a screaming baby so I was flustered nd I was almost instantly calmed down.( that never happens) Made them fresh and quick. It’s not the food that gets people to come back it’s truly the people“
“Today is my nephew's 29th birthday and we decided to go to McDonald's as an impromptu food stop with his kids and mine. We were welcomed by front cashier and they/their name was "D"
"D" was very outgoing and simply pleasant to interact with. My customer service experience was above and beyond my anticipation at a McDonald's franchise. "D" brought our food to the table and politely asked if we needed anything else addressing my party of 6.
I was so delighted by his warm welcome that I had to let his manager know that recognition was due for this "AWESOME" individual. I asked "D" if could speak to the manager shortly, a pretty gal by the name of Maya approached the counter and asked me how can she be of help.
I let Maya know of my most excellent experience this afternoon at this location.
I explain to my that complaints are always easy for people to deliver but compliments are rarely disclosed and I would like for"D" to be recognized for his unique personalityand kindness.
