On Sat, Oct 23, 2021 we ate at this location after not being able to eat at the Colo Mills location because they closed at 3pm citing under staffing. Manager John, counter persons Anisa & Matt, meal prep Aiden, dining rm bus person Sergio and baker Jeep went above & beyond with service. John let everyone know that they were short staffed and the wait might me more than usual, but would get our meals out to us as soon as they could. We didn't have to wait very long.
