First time eating breakfast there today.Nice atmosphere, nice place. Food was great! Thank you Andrew for showing me the plates. Coffee was hot and on spot. My breakfast burrito was great!! Next breakfast visit, I’m ordering those banana-strawberry slap cakes !!

Driving back from Colorado to Texas had to find a place that would please all 4 teens! This was spot on for all! Food was great! We had the biscuits and gravy plate, omelette plate and the pancake plate. Friendly and cozy atmosphere ♥️

Best breakfast in Colorado! Had the wonderful AM Breakfast omelette, biscuits and gravy (so fresh) and the banana/strawberry French toast. Everything is made from scratch here, and cooked with love.
Wish this place was closer to where I live, and if it was, I'd dine here daily!

Super cute breakfast place! Friendly staff with fresh made food. The green chili sauce on the House Omelette was fantastic! Good biscuit with decent gravy. Blueberry Eggy Bread was good with a sauce reminiscent of a strudel. Slightly more expensive overall than I was expecting (granted, we got nice big glasses of orange juice and I didn’t look at the price first), but happy to support a small local business providing food from scratch.

I’m not usually picky but I’m having a hard time loving this place. I’ve eaten here 4 times and gotten the breakfast skillet each time. It’s been different every single time. Once it was actually good, cooked properly like a breakfast skillet and had actual green chili. Three times it has been terrible and different every time.
Today it was undercooked potatoes drowned it what appeared to be, to me, leftover salsa from Lupitas. The eggs were scrambled separately and just tossed on top with two uncut pieces of bacon that were soggy from the watery salsa. Really strange for a breakfast skillet, traditionally everything would be diced, potatoes fried, meat and veggies cooked together into the potatoes, eggs cracked into the skillet and cooked to preference and then smothered in green chili topped with cheese.
As someone who cooks well it’s hard to justify going out and spending money on food like this.
I really like the family who owns and operates the restaurant but the food has got to improve for the price point. $17 (with tip) was a lot for what I was served. I will try a couple more times and change my review if necessary. I’m glad there is a new place in town and want to support local businesses.
