“Stopped in to City on a Hill Coffee shop on my way to Crested Butte, CO and I am so glad I did. The coffee shop was packed with a mixture of locals and travelers. A very cool vibe. My 17 y/o daughter and 14 y/o son enjoyed a Snickerdoodle cookie while chillin on the brown comfy couch. Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff in lovely mountain town! Highly recommend!! “Delicious food made with care, using locally sourced ingredients for the most part. The Melenzana Rolls (appetizer) were exceptional, as were the Brussels sprouts as an optional side dish along with a yummy, fresh Reuben.
Definitely a great choice for a friendly meal out!“

“What a great breakfast at the Golden Burro in Leadville, Colorado! This place has that classic, old-school charm that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a local gem. The food was delicious, and it was the perfect spot to fuel up before exploring beautiful Leadville and the surrounding mountains. If you’re passing through this historic Colorado town, make sure to stop in for breakfast. Great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a little taste of local history make this place worth visiting!“
