“Love the new location at the Frederiksted waterfront, you get the sunsets views now, and you are just south of the pier. I like the fact the restaurant is split into 3 areas, outside, front of the restaurant and back of the restaurant. It appears the new location has more tables than the original location but Scott still fills the restaurant even during weeknights.“

“My husband and I visited The Columbine Cafe in Breckenridge last weekend. We loved the cozy inviting atmosphere. It reminded me of some of our local eateries in Kansas. The service was great even though they were busy. The food was great as well and the cost was very reasonable. I got the reuben and my husband got chicken fried steak. We will visit again in the future!“

“Decent place to grab a bite on the mountain. Located at the top of Peak 7 with gorgeous views and great accessibility off two lifts. Good food options! We opted for bacon cheeseburgers minus buns. The burger patties were actually quite good, topped with good cheese and perfectly cooked bacon. Sadly, our friends we were skiing with were handed a ready burger that was quite stale. So we recommend making sure your burger (or whatever you order) is hot off the grill when you get it“

“Best coffee i have had in america this trip.
Three of us ordered cortados- which is the closest thing you can get to an actual cafe late in the states. My coffee was delicious, my brothers coffee was so-so, my sister-in law's coffee tasted like it had been filtered through a burning sewer.
realising that they had almost certainly simply tried to get 3 shots from one draw, the did remake her coffee at our request- this time burning the milk.
the views are excellent, and the seating comfy.
given how hard it is to get a good coffee in america, its worth the gamble for a coffee.“

“Service is always hit and miss anywhere in Breck but the staff are always much more friendly and helpful in the summer. The breakfast burritos are delicious, esp the bacon and green chilies. The bacon gouda breakfast sammy was also quite tasty. I also snagged a blueberry donut which are brought up from Daylight Donuts in town. Coffee is yummy but all the specialty ones are waaaaaaaay sweet but you can ask for half sweet if that isn’t your thing. As GC8 owners, it’s nice to have a spot on site to pop in and grab a bite. The view doesn’t suck either.“
