“Absolutely wonderful coffee shop in the shadow of the mountain at Winter Park! Every morning my sons and I would have the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich and a coffee beverage. The Latte and Mocha were outstanding and the sandwich croissant was always hot and made fresh and gave us energy to hit the slopes. Loved the atmosphere and friendly staff. Others have commented on Jen being the best, and I agree that her smile made my mornings! I noticed a small canvas painting in front of the register that said, "Spread Kindness". Can't think of a better motto for our world.Stop in and enjoy!!“

“This is a review of the bar/lounge only - I didn’t stay in the hotel. The bar is super-comfortable and inviting with a variety of comfy seating, including traditional bar seating, a few long hi-tops, and several different small loungy areas with sofas and chairs with a rug and coffee table. Dogs are allowed, which adds to the relaxing, friendly vibe. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. Recently they’ve added a menu of tacos and other bar food, which we tried for the first time tonight. I had beef quesadillas, my wife had the tacos. They were both fantastic! The location is right in the middle of town, roughly between Hideaway Park and Cooper Creek.“

“From the moment I stepped into Terrain Taco & Unravel Café + Bar, I was enveloped by its cozy and unmistakably Colorado atmosphere. Nestled amidst the mountains, this café and bar emanate a chill vibe that perfectly complements the laid-back lifestyle of the Rockies. What impressed me most was the unique blend of traditional mountain aesthetics with a modern twist. It's not your typical café or restaurant; it's a harmonious fusion of a coffee shop, dining venue, and hotel lobby. Yes, you read that right – you can actually stay in the hotel attached to this multifaceted establishment. As I approached the check-in counter, which interestingly doubles as the coffee shop, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was more than happy to guide me through their menu. Speaking of which, the menu boasts a variety of healthy options ranging from tacos and burritos to a selection of gourmet coffees. The emphasis on healthy choices was a pleasant surprise and a testament to their commitment to catering to diverse dietary preferences.I opted for a caramel latte and a chai latte, both of which were priced at $15 for a small size. While the price might seem a bit steep, the quality and taste were undeniably top-notch. The rich and creamy lattes were the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil ambiance of the café.The dining and seating area was thoughtfully designed, featuring a soothing color palette that further enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. Whether you choose to sit by the window and admire the breathtaking mountain views or cozy up by the fireplace, you'll find the space inviting and comfortable.Adding to its allure, Terrain Taco & Unravel Café + Bar also houses a well-stocked bar, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy apres-ski drinks or simply want to unwind after a day of exploring the area.In conclusion, I was highly impressed with Terrain Taco & Unravel Café + Bar. Its untraditional approach to dining and hospitality sets it apart from the rest. Whether you're an avid snowboarder or skier, or just visiting the area, this place offers something for everyone. Just be prepared to indulge a bit when it comes to the coffee prices. Nonetheless, the overall experience is well worth it, making it a must-visit destination in the heart of Colorado's mountain country.“

“My lanta, talk about yummy! My husband and I ordered 2 cinnamon waffles! No syrup, what I've never had no syrup on my waffles, well not needed on these ones. We ate them up in no time and it was so good. Left and came back before leaving town to grab a couple more to go! I was actually craving a cinnamon roll and this cured that craving right up.“
