Staff are clueless, manager is about as useful as a bag of hair and the food will make you sick. Employees don’t wash hands and go back to work after smoking.
Went there today 4/1/22 at 930 am. I must be the fool, right? The manager was taking orders at drive thru. She mumbled her way thru my order. When I got to the window she mumbled how much I owed. After several times of ask, in her ugly mood she spit it out. I told her to wake up. I’m trying she says. No wonder BK is going down hill. I’m done. Give it a 0.
Normally this Burger King does a pretty good job. Tonight not so much. Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. One was freshly made and my husband thoroughly enjoyed. Mine was obviously a whopper without cheese that'd been sitting, to which they added cheese and then microwaved lettuce tomato and all. Bun was so hard my husband thought they'd toasted it. What I got will now turn me off this FAILING location. Disgusting. No wonder this location is doing poorly.
