“The aroma of bread being baked brings customers in. Service is always 100% outstanding. Ordered ahead online, there is usually a long line. This is a busy deli for good reason. The food is excellent and fantastic and they're really nice people. Coffee is far better than Starbucks. Really enjoyed the chef salad too.“

edit: i reviewed this place 6 years ago and didn't really go into enough detail. This is the best sandwhich place, IN THE WORLD. Every bite you are transported to a perfectly balanced sandwhich heaven. The workers are at the very top of their field. I came in once and got a sandwhich with a substitution, and i came in like 6 months later and the dude remembered my substitution from last time. This place is unworldly.“

Picked this up the day before Thanksgiving, and it smelled SO good. Pink and thinly sliced more than enough for 2 people with leftovers. PERFECT for what we needed!“

“Went in to order a sandwich. The person took a call while I was ordering. I stated what I wanted. They asked what meat. When I stated what meet they did not hear me because of taking the call. I asked if they were asking what I said. They then told me to figure out what I wanted from the menu in front of me while they took the call. Since there were no other customers and two staff people, I will not be coming back. This was at around 11:40-11:50 on the 7th of December in 2024.the picture is me leaving whe the employee is still on the phone.“

“I've been to the parker location and no one was trained properly. They had no idea how to make my sandwich! I came to the lone tree location instead and wanted to give it another try and was blown away. I had the bay ridge bomber with broccoli cheddar soup and everything was made perfectly and incredibly fast! If you come to this location be sure to ask for Matt he will definitely take care of you and make sure everything is made correctly.“
