“The aroma of bread being baked brings customers in. Service is always 100% outstanding. Ordered ahead online, there is usually a long line. This is a busy deli for good reason. The food is excellent and fantastic and they're really nice people. Coffee is far better than Starbucks. Really enjoyed the chef salad too.“

“I’ve been going here since 5! And they have NEVER disappointed! The owners are amazing people who deserve the world and have only shown me and my mom kindness. I’ve moved out of state but I still find myself craving their food and hospitality. Every time I’m home they’re always one of my first stops. “In town for one day and decided to try this spot out because of the reviews. I ordered the Curtis sandwich and it’s perfection. I’m a sandwich snob, and this sandwich exceeded my expectations. The bread is fresh and tasty. The service was friendly. The vibe was exactly what you want out of a place like this. Sat outside and just said “mmmmm” for about 10 minutes while I ate. 11/10 would eat here every day if I lived in Denver.“

“I should have asked their names!! I’ve been traveling after a family loss I just wanted a quick bit to eat. I called first to order but the super nice lady told me to come in and they would make me a fresh made to order sandwich. On a day that I really needed a friendly smile the two lovely ladies were amazing!!! Well done HBH… you have a great team!“

“I ordered Smiling Moose Deli for our security team because they were having a Saturday morning meeting. I came back on Monday to rave reviews! The order was correct and they were very thoughtful about preparing it. They accommodated a vegetarian on staff. Delivered promptly. But the biggest point I heard from the team was DELICIOUS. One meeting participant said, "it's the real deal". We ordered through EZ Cater.“
“Cafe one has the best lunch specials, sandwiches, and soups in the DTC. Try their breakfast burritos and egg sandwiches for breakfast. Open for breakfast and lunch daily during the week. On the third floor of the parking garage in One DTC. Delicious!“

“Perfect ambiance and delicious wrap. Beautiful soft music is playing and the natural light streaming through the windows highlights how clean the cafe is. Spacious dining area with comfortable cushioned seating throughout. The wrap is a generous size. The warm tortilla is packed full of fresh ingredients. Menu items are priced well and the tipping selection options on the iPad are appropriate for counter service.“

“I will always stop in Max Market for lunch while down by the ballpark. Food is delicious and generous portions. For being downtown its not overly priced. Reminds me of the type or deli you'd find in NY but with a Colorado twist! Thanks for always having something yummy to try! And don't forget to grab a lemon bar for desert!“

“Amazing food and drink options!Wonderful menu for sour brews and known favorites. I got some jamon and a selection of cheeses to try.My table ordered sandwiches (which took a long time to receive) that they enjoyed.This is such a nice, elevated brewery experience that beats the usual basic brewery options.“

“I used to go here quite a lot, and it's taken a step back. The basic sandwiches are still good, although the last time we went my guest had a simple turkey on white, and it was dry. The folks making the food are pleasant enough, but they MUST have someone who is easily understandable taking orders! There is a lot of ambient noise, and everything had to be repeated. The soda machine was giving root beer for every flavor, and evidently there was no one there who could fix it. And they didn't offer cans or bottles as an option, even though they were on display. The dining room is an odd layout with most tables right next to the ordering counter
And it is not cheap at over $50 for 3 with drinks and (free) chips.“

“SOOO GOOOD. Somehow stumbled upon this gem one day on the way back home. Being from the east coast originally, it’s so insanely hard to find good Italian style things out here - especially a deli!! Cannot wait to come back. The owners are so kind and it’s been in the family for DECADES.. can’t speak highly enough :) thanks for the amazing lunch!!! See ya soon“
