Out of a party of five, four had subpar entrees. The major problem was a bison steak that was ordered medium rare and was cooked well done. The replacement was also overcooked and half gristle and fat. The bison brisket was cooked to shredded meat and apparently oven cooked. All the other steaks were tough and overcooked. For the prices charged we expected some attention to detail. You probably convinced us to go elsewhere.
I really want to like TMG, but the last 3 visits have not been great.
Setting aside the prior two visits the service tonight was poor at best. There were 5 in the party with a 6:00 reservation time. On several occasions the waitress skirted by us while others who came after were served before us. We only ordered dinner- no appetizers, or salad. Maybe that was the reason? If you order drinks-more attention? The restaurant was not full. It took an hr to receive our meal....

Food was amazing and very filling. They have a large gluten free menu they will bring you. My husband has an allergy so was nice to have that. They bring you out pickles/cucumbers before your meal. Definitely nice to have something other than bread.
I knocked off one star because we felt very ignored while we waited over ten min before anyone even spoke to us. I think being a holiday weekend they might have just been busier than they expected. I would definitely stop...
