Old Blinking Light Reviews
Great place/ great food to get together with friends!
The service was very slow but the food is good

Old Blinking Light is a beloved local restaurant known for its delicious dishes and fantastic service. Despite some recent menu changes, the restaurant remains a popular destination for both drinks and food. The enchilada stack, a customer favorite, is now only available during the week and comes with a green sauce, though the restaurant accommodates requests for the traditional red sauce. While the bison meatloaf has received mixed reviews, the homemade chicken tendies and Smoking Cowboy Margarita are highlighted as standout menu items. The restaurant also offers gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options upon request.
Customers appreciate the warm and attentive staff, with one reviewer praising their server's excellent recommendations and knowledge of the menu. The restaurant's casual yet refined atmosphere, with its big-city bar feel and floor-to-ceiling windows, creates an inviting space. Reviewers recommend trying the prime rib French dip sandwich with duck fat fries, as well as the steak tacos and the unforgettable green chile mac & cheese. Overall, Old Blinking Light remains a Highlands Ranch gem, offering a memorable dining experience.
