“I’ve lived in lochbuie for many years but ever since the new young lady started working there as the manager I’ve sure seen the place improve, it’s so much cleaner. I love how welcoming they are as you enter the building, they never used to do that before she started. Although I did have one problem a few weeks ago, but it was with a guy, he had worked there a bit longer than her and he mostly works nights I believe, he cussed so frequently and overall didn’t have a great experience with him so I prefer going when she is there. So if you really want great service go during the day and she will take great care of ya! As for him I hope he doesn’t hold her back!“

“Love, love, love this location. Logan and Michelle run a great store. Allan, Sam, and their co-workers always take care of us. Food is excellent, restaurant is clean, and plenty of ketchup. Will continue to go there.“

“Swung by this Wendy’s after runnin around town and it did the job. Burger come out hot, fries was fresh enough, and my drink was cold, so I walked out with a full belly. Staff was decent and the place looked alright, not spotless but fine for a quick bite. Nothin fancy, just simple fast food that hits the spot when you’re hungry and in a hurry“

“The restaurant is very clean every time I've ever been in it. The food is always really fresh, cooked, well, served well. Lack of communication, the employees need to speak a little clearer English and understand it too. Otherwise this is a really good Wendy's“

“I haven't stepped inside this place little over 3 years ago. Back then, it wasn't great, dirty, rude staff, and messed up food. Not hard to make a burger that you're trained to make.
I have used the mobile app a few times, and people I know avoided the place as well.
Alas, hearing a staff change and a remodel, I stopped by.
Food better, service is better, it's clean. Value for the buck is ever so balance, and of course decided by each person paying with their hard earned cash. Frosty is a bit expensive for my senses, can be cheaper. That the only drawback I can say.
But it seems it changed and people may want to check it out themselves.“

“The food came out 100% correct! Got the sliders combo, upgraded to crinkle chili cheese fries, large dr. Pepper, and took the pickles off my meal! It tastes amazing! My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich meal, large crinkle fries, large Pepsi, with gauc on the sandwich which all turned out amazing! Highly recommend!!!!“

“Stopped by because the drive thru had a pretty decent line. The Halloween decorations were incredible, so kudos to the assistant manager who made all 12 link streamers! Got a great deal with the 2 for $8 French dip coupon and it was delicious. My hubbs had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was awesome too! Really great experience, and I had to let y’all know!“

“I placed an order for delivery and it said my order was picked up but after an hour of waiting I never received it. I called DoorDash and they were giving me the runaround saying I needed to wait longer so I called the store. After speaking with the manager Collin he called DoorDash himself and got my order redelivered within 20 mins. He was so great and that’s how customer service should be! Thank you to the manager who helped me!“

“Excellent! We try to visit an In & out everytime we swing through the area. Very nice place, staff and very clean! Love the uniforms and everyone was friendly. Greeted us at the door, small wait for the best burgers & wished us fair well.“

“We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) needs an attitude adjustment.“

“I really like how quick it was! Tasted more authentic than a taco bell which is awesome! I had the chicken spicy jack quesadilla and was quite happy with it! It didn't burn my face off and had a good taste!“
