“Love this brewery! But their core beers are not my fav. Their specialty beers are what I wait for. But that is just my taste preference. Removed one star for that . The location itself is 5 star. Great inside and outside. Very dog friendly and well behaved dogs! This location is especially great on a nice day. Their outside are is huge!“
“How could anyone say anything remotely bad about Bootstrap! This place is excellent. Numerous award winning, tasty beers, fantastic location, events, professional trivia (not some fly by night hack) every Wednesday night, and, of course, saving the best for last, the outstanding staff. Even before becoming part of the Grog Mob, my father and I have been treated like family, by everyone, but especially Morgan and Shannon (I see them the most, but everyone is awesome) AND to top it all off, they perfectly fill my gallon growlers! First try! They're tricky, a couple other places don't always fill to the top, Bootstrap does it perfect, EVERY time! Thanks for always making me feel welcome Bootstrap.“
“The Bearded Brewer is a stunning and welcome addition to Longmont. It is the typical beer-only brewery with regular food trucks. They post the food truck schedule days in advance so you can plan your trip around a favorite provider. The host made it clear that we are also welcome to order a delivery pizza or get some Door Dash. I have been to a large number of breweries in Boulder county and this is already in my top five for the quality and selection of beer. The night we went Ella's Kitchen hooked us up with some delicious pork sandwiches, mac and cheese, and a good helping of slaw. Thanks, Collin! The Bearded Brewer had just tapped a new keg so we started with The Bag Kölsch. It was clean and bright perfectly on style with just a hint of clove. I followed this up with one of their specialty beers, Airport and Clover Basin (a local name if ever there was one) a double western-style IPA. This was the perfect hoppy, strong ale to sip and savor which is exactly what I did. I loved the relaxed Colorado vibe of both the staff and the patrons. We saw families and couples and singles all just quietly enjoying themselves. Two beers barely put a dent in the choices available so we will definitely return soon.“
“This is one of our go to places in Longmont. Especially when the weather is not so great. But they also have a very nice patio. We almost always take our dog, as do many others. The people and other dogs are always great! Friendly dogs and people. If you have a well socialized dog, this is your spot. They have a great variety of craft beer and usually have a good food truck.“
“Delicious...and a cool place tucked back off the Main St. Service was delivered by all the staff - you put a green marker in a bucket when you want something. Each of the servers that came over were very nice and helpful. Burgers are amazing, quality meat sizes and texture. I had the Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Lager...I would give it 6 stars.“
“My friend wanted to try a beer at this Brewery for a while and since we were layover 24 hours why not?Upon arrival, you had to wait for hostess to open the door as they're accepting only a certain capacity of customers at a time. The gentleman up front was extremely nice! We decided to sit outside as Colorado weather was perfect for outdoor seating.Menu's are through scan code so perfect. They offer a variety of beers on tap to pick from as well as can ones. I decided to go with a flight of beer which includes 4 samples. I picked Good Juju (if you love Ginger then this is your type of beer, loved it!), White Russian (if you're a fan White Russian cocktail then flavors are on point and it will be your perfect beer), Milk Stout (it felt like a triple double espresso; if you're a coffee lover then this beer it's just for you) and Raspberry Milk Stout (my second favorite - loved it!).We asked for food options and the waiter mentioned they had an agreement with two restaurants. Options were either Mexican or BBQ and off course we went with BBQ. Delivery time was extremely fast and their BBQ especially their Ribs and Briskett were to die for!Super knowledgeable employees, extremely clean establishment, free parking in the front lot of the brewing, and best of all upon check in through Yelp you get a free pint of beer of your choice with what's available on the tap options.Highly recommended!“
“A great place to hang out especially if you like to take your doggo with you. Plenty of space in and outside. It was nice and cool inside too. There are lots of board games for all ages. Pinball machines, darts and corn hole is available too.I had the black IPA, malty and bitter.“
“Met up with friends here and I'm SO glad we did. The Date Night Burger was easily the best burger I've ever had. And the fries??!! This is a meal I know I'm going to annoy people talking about because it was THAT good! Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was great.Husband's pizza and beer flight were both amazing too! “Visiting from Lafayette and checking out new places to eat and their patio was packed so we thought, these people must know something we don't and boy did we find out! The food is PHENOMENAL! There artichoke dip was honestly the best I've ever had! Fish and chips were cooked perfectly and I'm STILL thinking about my Buffalo chicken Mac with gorgonzola! Our server Portia was so sweet and we even got to talking to the family next to us who visit often! Just an overall amazing first time. Not even a question if we're coming back or not!10's! 10's! 10's across the board!“
