“Rubbin Butts Bbq- Stopped into Rubbin’ Butts BBQ and came away seriously impressed. The food was fantastic — you can tell immediately that Todd isn’t just serving BBQ, he genuinely cares about the craft behind it.

Everything tasted fresh, the ingredients are locally sourced, and there’s a level of attention to detail that you only get from a small business built on passion mixed with real experience. That comes through in the food.

We tried the Big Mouth Dog and the loaded tots, and both absolutely delivered. Great portions, great flavor, and the kind of BBQ that makes you want to come back and work your way through the rest of the menu.

Todd was great and I always appreciate being able to support someone local who clearly takes pride in what they’ve built.

“I’ve been to a lot of breweries, but never have I received such above and beyond service as what my bartender Evan has given me here at the greatest brewery in the world. I have been to a lot of breweries, but I have tried more beer from Weldwerks than any other brewery (via 4-packs from the liquor store) before I even visited their brewery for the first time today. He made it feel like a place I want to spend the day at. I’ve never felt so welcomed and at home at a brewery before, and that’s saying something. This is the bartending service you dream of. Evan is the coolest guy. Because of him, I feel like Weldwerks is practically a home away from home. Weldwerks is the summit of breeding, speaking as a man who had tried over 400 brews to this point. No brewery has reached the level of flavor and depth this place offers. You haven’t reached the true pinnacle of brewing until you’ve experienced WeldWerks Brewing. This is brewing elevated, and it’s because of people like Evan that it’s possible in the first place. 🍻 I thought I was going to make this part of a trip to Greeley, and it ended up being worth the trip just to hang at the brewery alone.“
