“I am mildly shocked that Wellington has three breweries now. Of course it's a growing town but I remember how small it used to be. Also I imagine the market is not saturated for craft beer like nearby Fort Collins but more importantly it's probably cheaper for start up. Sparge was a brewery I haven't been to before and sprung up in between my last visit. The brewery is pretty popular and I had to park on the side of the frontage road that the brewery is in front of since it's main lot was full. Taproom is nice and clean. Very fresh looking and new. Beer was pretty good as well! I had the Hayburner Hefeweizen which I enjoyed considerably and was a wonderful beer to relax with. Lots of other beer choices as well that seemed intriguing but I was stopping at just the one. I'll just have to return to explore what else they have to offer some other time!“
“Such a cute brewery in downtown Fort Collins. They are dog friendly inside and out which is a huge plus for us. We tried all of their IPAs which were all delicious. We ended up getting the Chet IPA and enjoyed it sitting outside in their Adirondack chairs.“
“I'm not sure what is better the owners/staff or the beer, both of which are incredible. One of the most community focussed breweries in town combined with outstanding ales that cover the gamut. Sad Panda is their flag ship and loved by all of FoCo. If you can get a glass of their limited release Snug - you'll talk about it for years to come. Off the beaten path and located in an industrial area (don't let this put you off), it is like an oasis in a the desert. Bike over there and hit up Peculiar and Funkwerks near by.“
“I love New Belgium beers!! Honestly I come here with my mom or friends time to time and I'm rarely disappointed. They have a lovely open beer garden and a nice indoor area with some games and plenty of seating. Service is quick and beet is excellent! I definitely plan to keep coming back to New Belgium brewing!“
“On our short visit to Fort Collins we only had the opportunity to go to one brewery- we landed on Jessup and it ended up being the best brewery experience EVER. Amy was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and matched the energy of our goofy crew with ease. It was difficult to choose our beer flights because there was a plethora of options right up our alley and we wanted them all!! There were so many fun local collaboration offers- from the coffee used in NSFW to the bread the paninis are made with. Every single taster was delicious and some of them incredibly unique in flavor and technique. This place rocks.“

“Beers are super solid, to style, and the staff is knowledgeable. Scotty is always so welcoming and creates such a warm vibe. There seems to be a group of beloved regulars, but it's not hard to find a quiet table in the back if you want some space.“
“I like the vibe here, and their beer is quite good. I tried two different stouts yesterday. Both are delicious. The owner even popped a new keg he wasn't going to open till St Patty's day. I got lucky. I'm definitely going back.“
“I truly think the beer is the best in Fort Collins. Apres ski is my favorite along with Cranknbrew so many choices and very dog friendly! Great staff very attentive! UPDATE! SnowBank Brewery Now doing Coffee!! The Morning Grind! Stop by for a Coffee or a Beer!!“
“Small place but the beer is great! I ordered a flight and loved it all, not to overbearing yet satisfying. Charlotte was a fantastic beertender and my Dad and I enjoyed chilling here for an hour. Deceit was or favorite which is a double IPA. Well thought out brew for sure. See you all next time!“
“I have had Peculier Ales before but I haven't ever been to this location before. It's actually not far from my aunt's house where I was staying making the commute easy and quick. For my beer experience at this location I maintained my mostly light beer drinking choices while on this trip and got the Old Mill Lite, an American style light lager which hit the spot nicely! Flavor highlights for this beer is a crisp and sweet flavors and definitely one you could enjoy more than one of. The location I liked! It's on a frontage road and not by extremely busy traffic unless you try to get on the nearby highway . Nice patio area to kick back and relax when Colorado is having one of it's many warm, sunny days!“
“Second time here. Solid beers. We popped in mid Friday afternoon before the weekend rush. I enjoyed at Savage Stout on nitro. I love the dark beers. This was an easy drinker at 4.3% ABV. My husband had The Wedge west coast IPA. Delicious. There is inside and outside seating. A food truck was setting up when we arrived. The staff is welcoming and made great recommendations.“
“YOU NEED ATLEAST ONE LOAD LOCK. They don’t use straps. It can damage the beer case. I’ve picked up from here many times guys work for their money. If your product is ready and closer to a dock they work you in.If you need load locks the guys have a number to someone that can deliver on site just ask them. Or you can drive about a mile and there is a truck and trailer parts store down the street. Google it“
“I was in Fort Collins for three days and had to go back to eat at Locust a second time because the food is so good. It has been over a week and I still can’t stop thinking about the burger, corn ribs, fries, and wings. The cider is also amazing.“
“Great atmosphere, the patio area is awesome! Dog friendly, great beer, friendly staff. I love dark barrel aged beers and their rum barrel aged imperial stout was fantastic. Can't go wrong as we didn't find a single beer we didn't like.“
“Fort Collins is a city that’s chock full of breweries, and Equinox Brewing is a true standout. This cozy, family- and dog-friendly tap room serves a huge variety of craft beers. You can get a pint of your favorite lager, or order a sampling of various offerings. They even have a small Biergarten out back. Equinox Brewing is a Fort Collins classic!“
“Odell has been a staple in foco culture for over a decade. It's been fun to see them grow into what they are today. I have never gone into the tap room and not had a beer I truly enjoy and I love that their menu is not full of ipas like some. I do wish they would offer more non-alcoholic options than rootbeer (the food trucks the last few times haven't even offered drinks). It would also be nice if they sold a few local snacks and had more heating elements outside for the colder months.“
“Our most favorite place to go for beer and snacks. This place has become our go to. Nate is our favorite and we’re so glad he’s made our experiences always good. Thanks man, you really deserve a raise and nice vacation. SweetWater is the best and their employees are too! ? ? ? ‘Don’t Float the Mainstream’“
“This is a cool old town spot to chill. The beers are pretty good. There’s multiple options so everyone in your group can find something to try. The vibe is cool and the location is convenient for a beer before dinner or going out on the town . Check it out.“
“When dining in, our ticket was somehow missed in the kitchen. Management and staff however was beyond accommodating and gave us our meals for free plus a free dessert. Genuinely one of the best experiences in customer service and will definitely be coming back!“
“Tiny little space in the same building as the BBQ but worth visiting for sure. They have a ton of outdoor seating and of course you can order BBQ and drink beer, they compliment each other well.Colorado brewing has 4 beers on tap so while not a big selection it's worth the visit. Drew the bartender was awesome.“
