When food got to my door which wasn't long at all after food was grabbed by the DoorDash driver...food was cold especially the rice beans and chicken. Soup was also cold and my tortillas were hard and dry. Wouldn't recommend this place.
I like Cafe Rio but this location I struggle with the customer service. Almost all the tables are dirty whenever we go. They are always out of some ingredient. I really enjoy Cafe Rio I'm just not sure why this area seems to struggle with customer service. Seems that alot of restaurants in this area just can't get things quite right.
Dietary restrictions: They have corn tortilla options however sometimes when we order they say they don't have any right now.
