Today I went through the drive through, and ordered 2 beef n cheddar and 2 chicken sandwiches as per the menu outside that said 2/7. I was told the beef n cheddar are not in the special.
I replied, "are you sure? I'm looking right at it, " the speaker said, "My manager says we're not doing it. " I then ordered the 4/10 and said "you should change your sign if you aren't going to honor it".
As I went through the window, the cashier was visibly uncomfortable. It's not her fault.
But I could hear someone in the back say, "they sent us the wrong one."
Well.... if that's the case, either A. Don't put it up or B. Honor it.
Don't put your min wage face of the company deal with the repercussion while you hide in the back.“

“Pretty much the only fast food in the area with decent service. They've never messed up my order, and using their app to order generally works without issue. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the fries taste better depending on when I go there, I think they may need to change the oil more often or something.“
