“I was in today and had a great experience with the staff — their customer service was excellent. While I was being helped, a woman named Stacy Clark came in loudly complaining about the phone ringing. She was incredibly rude to the young lady assisting me and acted as if she was entitled to treat employees however she wanted. Stacy Clark is a poor reflection of southern culture and should be embarrassed by her behavior. The employee, on the other hand, handled it with grace and professionalism, and I want to give credit where it’s due.“

The operation is quite lean as these tend to go, and I worry a little for the staff especially if there’s just one person doing it al. But they work hard and deserve massive kudos and management deserves a nice guttural booing.“

“My family ordered a special cake for mother's day and I was hoping to pick it up earlier than it was supposed to be ready. I called the store after ordering it and they explained that it takes at least 24 hours to make the special order cakes due to having the ice cream firm up and since it was a busy weekend, it may not be ready early.

I understood, but decided to call back the next day and just see if it was possibly ready early (even an hour sooner than I had predicted.) and it WAS!

I went in and gave the girl who made it an extra tip to thank her for her time and urgency. She was very kind and the cake was beautiful and perfect to every specification we requested. My kids are still asking for more of this cake and it's been gone for nearly a week now. We'll be doing this same tradition next year.

The owner herself emailed after the weekend to thank us for ordering from their store and I'm pleased with their level of customer service. It's rare to find these days!“

Everything about this place is great, the girls working behind the counter treated us so well even though we didn't speak Spanish.
