Mariscos A Todo Mar is a Mexican seafood restaurant in Longmont offering a delicious and fresh menu. The food is very different from other spots in town, with enjoyable flavors and a nice blend of spices. Dishes include the Mix Fajita plate with shrimp, beef, chicken, and veggies, enchiladas, shrimp in creme sauce, coconut shrimp, and sushi. Desserts like a complimentary cheesecake, made from scratch, are also served.
The interior is clean, bright, and deceptively large, well-appointed with authentic music. The atmosphere is great, enhanced by live mariachi bands and other entertainment on weekends. The staff is friendly, attentive, and provides great service. While sometimes a tad slow, the experience is amazing with generous portions. It is considered one of the best mariscos spots, bringing Coastal Mexico to Longmont.
