“I was very impressed by the service provided by Misty. She was very friendly and apologetic for the slight wait on my order, it wasn’t a big deal to begin with but she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made my pizza exactly how I wanted it, even with all of my additions. Overall, she absolutely made my day and I left with a smile!“

“Visiting my bestie in Boulder & she’s been talking about this place forever. Incredibly delicious, perfectly crispy wings with every flavor you can think of! We did the flavor of the month, spicy peach (amazing), hot, bbq & lemon pepper. Their ranch is how all ranch should be made. So so so good. For $30 we got drinks, a massive basket of Cajun fries & 25 wings. One heck of great deal. Don’t sleep on the freshly brewed iced too. The hibiscus was so yummy!“

“Under new ownership effective 12/19/22 @myrosatis! Stopped in today and picked up a thin crust with wings and mozzarella sticks. This Chicagoan gives 2 thumbs up 👍🏼 Tasted like home ! So happy a new owner and native Chicagoan reopened the doors. Worth my 35 minute drive for authentic Chicago pizza !!“

“Wish your wings were bigger as they were in the beginning. Also, had a waitress here blatantly, literally talk bad about us to another waitress. I could read her lips complaining that we did not even tip on your CC machine, little did she know I was tipping cash. No apology or anything. Left a sour taste in my mouth, that is unacceptable. I used to mention you by word of mouth or recommendations on FB when someone is looking for the”go to wing spot” things changed.“

“I just want to remark on the unbelievably fast delivery time. This is an ongoing thing too. I order pizza and the site says 45 mins for delivery. The food shows up on 20 mins, piping hot and from the friendliest dude ever! Great hire with the older gentleman delivering the food. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out here. He has always been over the top friendly. The food quality is amazing and the food is super hot. GREAT experience all around. Thanks BLACKJACK Erie!!“

“I was having some issues with ordering online, so I called the store.
And I was given the most amazing customer service that I have ever experienced when calling a pizza joint. The person that answered was so kind and willing to work with me... Everything came out perfect when delivered. I was able to get my dipping sauces, my preferences for my pizza and salad. Just made my day!!
I have pics and I will try to post them, but in the meantime. I will always call in my order here from now on. They are just the best!“
