This place is the best hot pot spot around. I'm so happy that we have one in Loveland. The tom yum broth is amazing. Everytime we eat here we are so impressed by the staff and how clean and stocked they are.
Always great service and atmosphere very friendly staff.
WOW was blown away by the food and best of all the customer service. Gandhi, and the team. Skip all your previous meals of the day because you are in for a great and wonderful experience. Enjoy and support local!

Urban hotpot is the best hot pot spot around. The tom yum broth is amazing. The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable, and the place is clean and stocked. The all you can eat is great, and the food is delicious, fresh, and phenomenal. Guests cook at their own table, which is fun. The atmosphere is fun, nice, and great. Kids have a lot of fun, and one said it was the best night ever. It is a truly unique gourmet experience, and the all you can eat for the price is absolutely amazing. There is a prom picture group pic area. It is a new place to visit often.
