“I very rarely speak well of an Italian restaurant because so many either pump out over-americanized versions of the same four dishes, or they act like it has to be fancy to be good. Caprese Trattoria understands that really good food isn't some cliché, it's a true cornerstone to Italian culture. The fact that the food is SO...DANG...GOOD and the atmosphere is underwhelming is absolutely perfect to me. I feel like I'm back at my Great Aunt Gloria's house.The staff were very pleasant, and the bar was dialed in. We can't wait to go back again and again.“

“The food wasn't great but it was good. The tea is fresh and there's no bad aftertaste. The service was great but definitely not a place to have a conversation. The restaurant echos every conversation inside. Great for the live music and if you want to chill without talking much. Which they have live music every night it seems. “Cyclehops is a good Mexican restaurant and their chips are mind blowing because how good they are and their mints are good and the waitresses are so good and nice and this waitress got the right things down but the chefs were crazy and messed up our order (they probably had a crazy day) and they gave us chicken instead of beef so she gave us beef and chicken and no extra charge and are amazingly delicious so this is why you I mean you need to try this. “We had a group of over 40 here, and they accommodated us beautifully, seating us at a lot of tables and they did a great job of getting every order, digitally, to the kitchen and the kitchen was bringing out food before the waitress was even done with all our orders. So they were super efficient and accurate with all the orders.I got the three moles plate, and they were all tasty. My husband got the chili rellenos and they were wonderful. The yucca fries were a huge hit, super crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and they came with a side of chipotle honey, smoky sweet heat.One amazing touch was serving all the tortilla chips *hot* from a huge warmer that they put all the chips into before they're served. So they come out shatteringly crisp and warm. So good with their in-house made salsa.“

“Met some friends for lunch. I was late and was teased by wait staff at my arrival, in a friendly way. Had my food delivered timely and bill was split rightly. We were checked on several times and asked if we needed anything. Wait staff thanked everyone in person after checks paid.“

“This is our favorite Mexican food in Longmont hands down! Comfortable environment for both Spanish and English speakers. Angie and Israel are phenomenal servers! We have never had a bad meal here. Favorites include the queso fundido, taquitos (appetizer), and the chili relleno (ala carte or as a meal). The jalapeño margarita is fantastic!!!! They have a new seafood menu as well. The shrimp empanadas were great! We would happy hour here 1-2 times a week when we lived in Longmont, and still make it a point to come here when possible, even though we no longer live up the street.“

“Excellent service by Brady! Held conversations each time he checked in on our needs. It wasn't a check and walk away. The food was prepared accordingly. The Not Your Mama's Fried Deviled were very good. The salmon was grilled to perfection, not dry. The burger I ate was delicious! It was very flavorful, cooked as I had ordered, and was filling. The atmosphere was very chill. Definitely will be back for a round 2 and more.“
