“Wait? This is rated $$-$$$? In whose book? The most expensive breakfast was an all-you-can-eat pancakes+scrambled eggs+breakfast meat for $10.95 which was large enough that we never got any more of the all-you-can-eat. The food comes out quickly enough. The coffee is good enough. If I have a beef, its that it is outside and when the temperature is 40 degress out, that's brisk. But this is a fine little breakfast spot.“

The obsessive precision (in a the best way) put into the bean sourcing, in-house roasting, and brewing make for the highest quality cup of coffee at their homey shop. It’s clearly the town hub! And the food is great too - I dream about their breakfast burritos with their homemade salsa. Owned by a lovely couple, who focus on cultivating a safe place for their community, crafting world class beans and coffee drinks, and supporting humane and ethical practices across the lifecycle I’m of their products. We hit this shop every time we’re in CO…Just wish we lived closer.“
