We were very pleased with this cute restaurant. The menu has very clearly marked Vegan choices. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had breakfast and got Huevos Rancheros Vegan, French Toast and a Vegan Bowl. The tofu was delicious. The beans were a bit lukewarm but overall very happy with the food. Will return to try lunch and dinner. Some thanksgivings they offer a special holiday menu. We got it 2 years ago for take out, but you have to pre order.

My wife and I decided to stop in at Adam’s Mountain Cafe for dinner after exploring the Garden of the Gods. We were glad we did because the stop provided us with the energy to explore Red Rocks Open Space before heading back to Denver. On our next trip we will definitely stay down in the springs. The location of the cafe is quite magical with the pueblo style specialty lodging across the street and the beautiful abstract nature paintings inside. We loved our trout dinner and...
Adams Mountain Cafe continues to be one of the best dining spots in Manitou Springs. Although the menu has changed a bit since 2018, the quality, creativity, and care behind every dish remain outstanding. They’ve managed to keep long-time favorites like the Huevos Rancheros and Orange Almond French Toast, while introducing globally inspired options like their vegan pistachio pesto pasta and Royale Street Shrimp & Grits.
