Adams Mountain Cafe continues to be one of the best dining spots in Manitou Springs. Lots of options for those with dietary restrictions. Weird hours and busy open times can make it a hassle to eat here at times. Everything is made fresh to order so plan on spending some time here. Parking lot can get jammed due to proximity to Manitou. Staff is always knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. Charles Rockey's paintings adorn the walls and I hope this never changes. Try the House Tea if you need a spicy-sweet afternoon caffeine boost.
