“These guys are on a mission to share truly good bbq with Colorado Springs. The food has been spot on (as good as my brisket!) every time that I've eaten here.
Today there was a mixup in the charge (1/4 lb brisket was charged the same as 1/2 lb), but the manager took care of it promptly and with kindness.
Come get your bbq here to keep this place in business!“

“This is the first time we visited Rudy's. The food was good and a fun place to visit. The atmosphere is rustic with a home town feel. Butcher paper plates and long tables. I had the BBQ Beef, moist and a sausage with jalapeños and cheese, and a baked potatoe. I liked these BBQ mild sauce. The staff was attentive and polite. I'll definitely be back.“

“Highly recommend for anyone looking for finger licking good BBQ, great vibes, and solid service. We’ll definitely be back! We tried the jumbo wings, and they were absolutely superb—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The rib combo plate was just as impressive—tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned.“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“Came here for the first time tonight and I’m suprised it wasn’t more busy because the service was great! All of the staff was so nice, but especially the host! He gave such a warm welcome that is above and beyond what I’d usually expect for a Tuesday night! Will definitely be back :)“

“This restaurant is outstanding! It’s a family owned restaurant-taproom that offers the unique combination of superb barbecue, seafood, and Asian dishes, including several iterations of Pho. All excellent! The restaurant also provides a spectacular view of Pike’s Peak. But perhaps best of all is the service. Outstanding service with a smile!“

“Was a bit of a trick to find (is hidden in the corner of the buildings), but the food was spot-on from what remember from Daegu and Seoul Korea (though they didn't have whole-clove garlic onthe tables, which I kinda missed lol)...definitely give a 9/10 :)“

“GO! So happy I was finally able to try this place. The place was clean, staff was friendly, they had non stop business happening and most importantly for was AMAZING! I got the mini plate with Hawaiian BBQ chicken. It was more food than I expect for $11.19. 1 scoop of rice and Mac salad, veggies and three large pierce of chicken. One thing I could recommend was the veggies could be cooked a bit longer. Can’t wait to be back!“

“The saloon is relaxed with a great low key staff. Attentive ... food good and great price. A great place to relax and watch the "uptight" drive past on 24. Everyone coming in their door is considered family.“

“Stopped in after a 2-year absence to again be delighted by this place. It has the intangibles that other places only dream of. Throw in a terrific, creative staff, great eats and thoughtful live music, and you've got a funky institution. Thank you Ali for hosting us and we will definitely be back again.
