Manitou Brewing Company offers a great selection of beers and delicious food. The garlic parm wings and truffle fries are a hit, with the passionfruit sour being a stand-out. The steak tacos and burgers are amazing, with sides like kettle chips and quinoa salad impressing diners. The truffle fries with truffle aioli are a dynamite appetizer. The Incline Chicken sandwich and truffle fries were worth the visit all by themselves. The dry rub was tasty, a little extra pepper but overall outstanding, and the tacos were seriously good. The salsa had an outstanding kick. Beers, tropical punch easily won from a flight. Customer service is top-notch, making it a must-visit spot in Manitou Springs. Parking may be limited, but the overall dining experience is highly recommended.
