Amazing place! The food was excellent; great chef who works really hard. The atmosphere was lovely. You can tell the owners put a lot of money and pride into the renovations. We highly recommend this place. The squash enchiladas were to die for, and the fajitas were great. Our kids also loved it. Highly recommended!!!

Kasey and her team truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish.

From our very first meeting through the wedding day itself, their attention to detail was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the way it was served in small batches—it never felt like a typical buffet, and everything stayed fresh and inviting. The butternut squash lasagna ended up being one of the biggest hits of the night, even among the most devoted meat lovers...

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! We will come back this way just to come here! Russell and Anthony made our experience exceptional. I am a bit of fry snob and I was in heaven!! If you are ever in Minturn the Saloon is a must stop! Their enclosed patio allows you to enjoy the “outside” even in the rain. I am gluten intolerant but their French Toast was so tempting every time I saw it come out.
