Have always looked forward to having a meal of WINGS , mushrooms and salads at The Horsely whenever in Montrose. Have always been VERY pleased UNTIL TODAY when we were served very small wings and very little sauce on them. Not at all tasty like they have always been. New cooks??? New policies ???
