Wow!!! Cortez, Co what luck!! Your newest Mexican Restaurant, Agave Azul Taqueria & Bat is a wonderful gem!! I had the Al Pastor burrito, which was absolutely delicious!! When I have to take half my meal home because it's too big to eat, it's a win win, I have lunch the next day . Their salsa bar is all house made salsas which, of the three tried, all were AHHHmazing. We were staying downtown so we walked. It is a food truck. It appeared clean and the man working was very nice and helpful. There was no one else around which makes you feel it might be bad but we were all happy with our meals. Quesadillas were good. My Chile relleno was good. Tacos were good. Red salsa was hot but we were warned.

Delicious food (try the burrito relleno), Great service. Nice setting and friendly people. Reasonable prices for large servings. Lots more than just tacos. Ranks right up there with the other great Mexican restaurants in Cortez.
