“My mom put in an order on Christmas eve for us and my partner. That night they got hit harder than I have ever seen any restaurant get hit with the influx of orders and customers. Ive come to this business all my life, to celebrate graduating elementary school, on dates, on family celebrations, and they've always been consistent, delicious, and quick. Christmas eve they managed what I believe was hundreds of orders within an hour, were patient with a man screaming at them, and made sure to get us our order hot and delicious. They really made our christmas eve wonderful, and I do recommend them.“

“We got to go and the food was put in the Styrofoam box so hot it melted the box into the food. The pork was way overcooked. Most of the other food was up to par. But we were turned off by the melted container. It's a little pricey but they do give you large portions.“

“I wish I had gotten my servers name but let me tell you! She was amazing and super friendly and honest when I ordered my food. All I can remember is I gave her a generous tip and I can tell by her reaction she was very thankful for it. She was a blonde maybe 5'6 that is a guess! If you walk in the main door I sat on the far right side when facing the kitchen in a booth. Thank you for providing friendly staff even the hostess was super nice! This visit was on 11/19/2025 around 130-2pm“

“Since this new Chinese restaurant of Kuan and Han opened up and we tasted their authentic Chinese dishes, we refuse to go to another Chinese restaurant here in Springs unless we really have no choice, but Taos Oriental Cuisine restaurant in Gleneagle is just so amazingly really good! And the servings are pretty large as well. The owners, Kuan and Han, are just two beautiful, wonderful people. We highly recommend this restaurant 👌for their Chinese cooking 😋 dish! 💯 Delicious!

And sometimes you can request of what vegetables we want to our orders😋.

“I really couldn’t recommend any place as much as this one!! The food was completely amazing. The service was beyond top notch. I walked away feeling like I made new friends. “I love this restaurant. They have so many things to choose from and the food is delicious. My favorites are the Singapore Mai Fun noodles (thin rice noodles made with yellow curry, veggies, chicken, beef, pork and shrimp) and Schezhan Egglant (I add chicken to mine). We've gotten to know the owner and all the employees (who have been there since we started going there - they all seem to love working there). It feels like they are family. It's my favorite place.“

“Taste isn't bad. One of the better tasting chinese restaurants in North Colorado Springs. The issue I have is that they pad their dishes with a ton of carrots.. more than half my dishes are filled with carrots. With take out orders, they use the smaller white rice containers which leak so they use plastic bags to keep from spilling. But after 1 day in the fridge thise containers basically fall apart.“

“I completely understand why it was so busy on Christmas, especially for a small, family-run business. Holidays are always hectic, and it’s clear how much effort goes into preparing and serving food for so many families on such a special day.

What really stood out to me was how upsetting it was to see people getting angry over delayed orders, when the family and staff were clearly taking time away from their own holiday to serve others. These things happen, especially on one of the busiest days of the year, and a little patience and understanding goes a long way.

“So I come to this Panda quite a lot. Speed or service, quality of food and the amount of protein I get per dollar. All of this is important to me.

Yet, for some odd reason, any time I use the drive thru I always run into this guy Luis at the window. The guy usually has a smile on, good vibes, is always looking out for me and loves my dog if I ever bring him with me. For the ladies, this is the spot you gotta go to because I heard my boy might be single, got game, swag and is an all around nice guy. He cares about his customers that swings by and in the food service industry, that can be challenging to do. So imagine how he would take care of you? He would be considered an exotic Hispanic probably here in the springs too. I would be very disappointed if this guy didn’t get promoted, ran his own store, got a few pay raises on top of it, because if Panda truly cared about their people, this guy is an absolute requirement to be on the top of your list, if not, you should give him a letter of recommendation and personally have this man go to another company who can use his leadership, care, support, and willingness to do right for others, as you vouch for him yourself and go out of your way to make sure this man can do whatever he can to be the best version of himself.“
