Guests have enjoyed the snake bites, described as cute little pigs in a blanket with a nice and spicy raspberry sauce. Some diners have opted for the Platter featuring bison, quail, and elk, with the elk receiving particular praise. While some dishes like asparagus and French fries could be improved, the bread pudding for dessert is terrific.
