New Moon Bakery and Cafe in Nederland, Colorado, is a charming establishment. This cozy cafe offers an array of delicious baked goods, from flaky croissants to amazing pastries. The star of the menu is the breakfast burrito, hot and delicious, with a delicious sauce that tantalizes the palate. The wild turkey was delicious, the bread was amazing, and the turkey was juicy. For baked goods, they had chocolate covered macaron, delicious sweet and good size, and the heavenly bar, which had excellent flavor and good balance of ingredients. The pecan coffee cake wasn’t great, dry and generally lacking coffee flavor. The service was fast but minus one star for the pile of orders with almost no organization. Technically could get a chair in, but with some difficulty.
