The best food we had on a five day vacation in Durango & Pagosa Springs. We ate at fine dining restaurants all five nights and the food & service here was significantly better. The waiter made exceptional recommendations on the menu. Oh, and did I say the food was awesome, three different proteins all cooked to the proper temperature, great sauces for the proteins and great sides.
We've been many times and sampled most of the menu - it's all fantastic and worth trying. Our waiter, Tim, was a true professional, and brought a special friendliness, care, and intention to our meal that absolutely made our evening. This is the best restaurant in Pagosa, full stop, and you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

My wife, MIL and I found our waiter Greg a great guide thru the menu and winelist, with perfect recommendations based on our interests and taste. My wife enjoyed the Chilean sea bass, tailored with GF option of coconut jasmine rice while my MIL felt the salmon and shrimp entree was great. I tried something...
