I’m extremely disappointed in the food I’ve received from Christine’s; my coworkers have brought me back lunch 2 times - once a Chicken Caesar Salad and once a Reuben. The salad was mediocre at best. There wasn’t even a whole piece of chicken; it was cut in 3 pieces and equaled a 1/2 pieces of chicken. It was flavorless and the lettuce (even with dressing on the side ) was wilted. The Reuben; I realize it was carry out, but the sandwich was mushy. The bread wasn’t even grilled (you could see the butter on the bread) and want even browned, the bread wasn’t what I anticipated being mushy; what I don’t understand is how the sour kraut and corned beef were mushy?! My coworker asked me how it was and I told her literally the worst Reuben I’ve ever had in my entire life. Needless to say if/when my coworkers go back I won’t be asking for a carry out.

Christine’s Cuisine catered our wedding reception last weekend, and we were quite impressed! Cris has a ton of experience and a wonderful staff. The food was great, the service was cheerful and professional. Although a local baker provided the cake, Cris made a beautiful presentation with the flowers supplied. She also recommended a local musician and a decorator, saving us some time & effort. All in all, a beautiful experience and we’d hire her again!

I had the Chicken Athena tonight. Outstanding! Fresh ingredients including fresh olives, and chicken. You could pay 2-3 times more at other restaurants, and not nearly as good as Christine's.

We hired Christine for our wedding (12/4/21). We weren't expecting how amazing everything was. Everything from the place settings to the courteous staff. The staff themselves were amazing and so friendly. Would 100% use her again, oh BTW the food was absolutely amazing everything from the homemade dressings to the meats.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend this catering service to anyone. First, the food was nothing to write home about. We ordered steak, salmon and pork loin. Each were $31 or $33 per plate which included 2-3 sides and dessert. Price was a little steep but that was supposed to include delivery, set up, serving ‘buffet style’ and clean up. On the second evening, Christine sent a bogus bill with her employee that included a delivery charge. We immediately contacted her via email and she said she had forgotten that she had upped the price of the food to cover delivery and for us just to disregard that charge. The very next day, she came and demanded we pay her the bogus delivery charge and started acting crazy saying we were trying to stiff her employee on his tip. Absolutely not true. The only person trying to stiff anyone is Christine. Buyer Beware: I would order McDonalds for my party before I would use this company again.

The rehearsal dinner I threw at The View in Pagosa was $50 per plate for sirloin and swordfish and included all the wine you could drink. Beware...Christine immediately pressed for payment and when cost over runs were she threaten a law suit. Beautiful wedding...UGLY bandit cater...
