Food was delicious, service was a little slow and it wasn't busy or anything, had to flag down the waiter to get anything after food was dropped off. Overall I will go back and give it another go as the food was yummy!

My 10 yr old great nephew was served a burnt & extremely greasy grill cheese sandwich tonight. It appeared they had tried to scrape some of the burnt off before serving it. I sure felt like leaving a 0 tip. How is suppose to monitor the service? Cook or waitress??
Our meal came out after everyone else was nearly finished eating. Valentines Day we ordered stuffed shells & received manicotti. No explanation! I have ordered a tower of eggplant twice & it was as black as tar & covered with sauce. You served lollipop lamb chops with blood running out on Valentine’s night. I think you have received 4 strikes for not quality food the 4 times we have brought out of town guest. The 10 yr old had to spit part of the sandwich in a napkin & had to dispose of it in the restroom.

Outstanding food and service. A definite must stop. Plus, it is away from the town's 3 year construction project. Easy access and parking. I had the Grecco chicken sandwich with a pasta salad side. Both are exceptional and flavorful. Service is extremely helpful.

Their hand-made key lime pie rivals Key West's.

This is a great restaurant! The food was incredible! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Everyone in our party was very happy with their meal and the portions were big. You can tell the food was prepared with care and love. We will definitely be coming back for more!

Nice local place with a great menu. Lots of dinner specials and great prices.

We were happy with the food and the atmosphere. Very friendly staff and good comfort food. The hostess was especially friendly and helpful. My only complaint, and this seems to be becoming more and more frequent in restaurants, is that we felt hurried. We were asked about dessert while we were still eating our main course, and the table next to us was served dessert while one person was still eating the main.
Other than that, a good dining experience.

Don't let the name or casual appearance fool you. This place has amazing food, Quality was suberb, quantity generous, service was quick, correct and efficient. I would highly recommend a meal there.

Stops serving pizzas at 4. That’s not posted on the website. Worked all day looking forward to trying their pizzas as coworkers said it was good. Very disappointing. Recommend clearly denoting such data on website.

I made a reservation for our anniversary, we are locals and until last night City Hall was our favorite expensive restaurant in Pagosa Springs. First, the appetizer. The crab cakes were black on one side. Burnt. The kitchen knew this but decided to serve them burnt side down as if we wouldn't know. Really? Sent them back and had them remade. Second, my dinner. I was considering a dish wrapped in bacon so I asked the waiter if the bacon would be cooked well. I was assured it would be. When my meal arrived the bacon was either black (burnt) or completely raw. I sent my meal back again and to be honest, by that time I didn't trust anyone in the kitchen. At no time did the manager Brian ever come over to apologize for our awful experience. Before we left I went to talk to Brian to ask why he didn't feel the need to talk to us, especially since we were one of only 2 tables there. He then explained that he didn't believe that there was anything wrong with the food that was served. I then explained to him that he doesn't get to have an option about what I find palatable. He walked away from me without any remorse. Needless to say, we will never be back. Note to you City Hall Cafe, Brian needs to find a new career. Thanks for reading
