The food was great and fresh. This is a nice little place and the service was good and food came out fast. We got the Bangin pork, Avocado Boats, Sushi bowl and the Pho bowl. (I only got pictures of the bang and pork and the sushi bowl.)

Best stir fry we have had fresh vegetables and sauce was delicious. We will be eating here soon, can't wait to try pho.
A great local spot with fresh (and delicious) food. Affordable and speedy - we had the paradise peach roll, skinny meenee roll, and a kids bowl. Everything was great! We also tried their Hmong Tea

Joining the chorus of Happy Cowfolk pleased to see Mee Hmong resurrected, especially considering the slim pickin's for herbivores elsewhere in Pagosa. Though Mee Hmong is still a mostly meat-focused establishment, there are enough vegan or veganizable items on the menu to please most plant-eating patrons. And, yes, their sauces are very tasty, and several of their dishes give you multiple sauce options so you can choose your fave. We're particularly fond of the peanut sauce. The main downside here (besides serving meat) is ecological: the utensils are "disposable" plastic, even when dining in. You might consider doing what we enjoy doing: bring your own take-out containers and utensils and have a picnic.
the food was excellent and was cooked less than 10 minutes. this is the best restaurant i have ate at and the food quality is amazing. the service was very good and the staff were very welcoming. the atmosphere was good and was well decorated. i also loved the matcha with strawberries.

Excellent selection of Asian fusion food. We split an order of Skinny Mee (spring roll with chicken) wuth Spicy Peanut sauce and Bangin' Pork (Bao Pork Bun) with cole slaw. The greens were fresh and crispy, the garlic pork with Mee sauce was delicious. We tried the Cucumber and Rose teas. They have several tables inside and 4 tables outside. but also have take out. They need to clean up the weeds in the outside eating area.

Wow, wow, wow—Mee and her restaurant are an absolute gem! My husband and I often struggle to find fresh, flavorful food here in the Southwest, so discovering Mee Hmong was an absolute treat.
We were in Pagosa for the day, and after reading several glowing reviews, we knew we had to stop in—and we’re so glad we did! We were lucky enough to chat with Mee before the lunch rush, and she is an absolute angel. There’s nothing better than great food made by even better people.
The dishes are fresh, authentic, and absolutely worth the pit stop, detour, or drive—no matter where you’re coming from.
Don’t let the unassuming location fool you, this is five-star food! A must-visit if you’re anywhere near Pagosa Springs. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

Here on vacation and found them on door dash. We all agree it was the best fried rice we have ever had. One of the best Asian dishes I’ve ever eaten, which I could come here more often.
