16 years ago Pagosa Baking Co special made a mini cake and dozens of cupcakes for our wedding. I still talk about how delicious it was! We also purchased their raspberry jam heart cookies for everyone who came to the wedding. We moved to Durango about a year later, but every time we visit or drive through we make sure to stop in, buy multiple raspberry jam cookies, and many other delicious items they have in stock.

Beware of the lemon cookies. 3 yrs ago I got some. They were really great. They were spectacular! 2 yrs ago looked forward to getting some more. Unfortunately they turned out to be day-old, and not as good. Still edible, but a disappointment. This year, on our annual trip, we bought some more, again, hoping to reverse the trend. Not to be. These were so hard I needed two hands to break one in half! They must be at least two days old. Almost tasteless, and the price has nearly doubled.

Ordered coffees, pie, a burrito, and quiche. All reasonably priced and DELICIOUS. The space was inviting, the staff were amazing, and we absolutely will go there again.

Pastries are very one note and cookies were hard. They need to start putting salt in their baked goods.

Despite the major road work we were able to find a place to park a neat little bakery with wonderful treats

I ordered a carrot cake for my husband's birthday, and it was phenomenal! They were friendly when I was ordering over the phone, and pick up was a breeze. They accomdated my special requests and it was probably the best carrot cake we've ever had. Thank you, Pagosa Baking Co for helping make our visit to the Springs and his birthday extra special! Highly recommend, 10/10!
