The Peak Deli served the BEST sandwiches we have ever had. We are both in our 60s, so that is truly saying something! The service was welcoming and attentive. My husband likes to tease people and the young woman at the counter took it all with stride and gave it right back to him! She told us she arrived from India in 2023 and her English was flawless. All in all, a wonderful experience for lunch in Pagosa Springs!
Delicious food and the staff are so friendly. Best place to eat in Pagosa in my opinion. Fresh ingredients make all the difference. Not a lot of healthy options out here and this place rules in that respect.
The Pagosa Peak with Chipotle Mayo on Sourdough is the way to go.
Going to stop there both of the last 2 days of our trip here just because the sandwiches are so yummy.

After running into some of the unhappiest(rudest) customer service people in Durango, this little deli changed my outlook on our trip. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were welcome. The staff is friendly and genuinely happy, and the food is great! Even on day two! We will definitely be going back on our next visit.
