Sam's Gyros & Kabobs in Woodland Park is the BEST & MOST AUTHENTIC food I've had since I've been back from the Middle East! It took me back to eating food in Iraq, Syria, and Jordan! Seasoned fries were impossible to stop eating. Can't wait to come back to try breakfast and like 10 other things I saw on the menu that looked delicious. Service was fantastic and it was very busy. Not only was the general customer service great with food that came out quickly but the servers were genuinely happy. Having fun while busting their butts. Bonus was I saw Mimi the manager right there in the trenches with the team. This place actually gave me new faith that even though most restaurants suck these days, there are still places like this that are crushing it. Tip of the cap to everyone here! Today there was a mixup in the charge (1/4 lb brisket was charged the same as 1/2 lb), but the manager took care of it promptly and with kindness.
