Root and Vine was recommended to me by friends. The outdoor seating and views of the snow capped lamborn mountains were only the start of the magnificent experience. We started out with a wine tasting. The wines are on the dryer continuem and I am a sweet wine person but I found several wines that I really enjoyed, very crisp and light. I loved every minute of my time at Root & Vine. The atmosphere is perfect, the food is fabulous, the service is friendly/attentive, the VIEW!!! Delicious grilled eggplant & divine gf carrot cake. Yum!
