Elevation Beer Company is an awesome craft brewery with a great selection of brews. Their hazy Cosmic Gazer, no-coast IPA First Cast, and Czech Pilsner were fantastic. The staff is super friendly, and the location with mountains in the background is beautiful. The outdoor seating is ample, and it's dog-friendly too. The food truck menu offers incredible options like delicious burgers and pretzels, all tasting great. The bartender provides a welcoming atmosphere, and the chill vibes make for a great experience. Don't miss out on trying their Michelada for a perfect late morning drink or their flagship Kolsch. With $6 beers and a killer vibe, it’s one of the best breweries in Colorado, where regulars and visitors alike feel welcome.
