I had an amazingly delicious honey lavender latte. A fun place to stop and a great pick-me-up for the next leg of our drive. Our barista, Hailey J was delightful and so helpful. Don’t miss this fabulous coffee stop!!!
What an absolute surprise to stumble across this awesome spot! We'd been road tripping for several hours and every place we passed through different towns had closed early. Herks Werks was open (and stayed open a bit late for us) and gave us a much needed break. Hot tea and honey for me, beer for my husband...both of us walked out refreshed. Great place!!!
Lacey is so welcoming and kind, you seriously would be missing out if you didn’t go to one of her parties or host an event with her! 💕

Herk's Werks is the best coffee shop in Poncha Springs, offering the best coffee and drinks in town. The atmosphere is very nice and charming, and the space is beautiful. It is a great place to grab a drink with a friend, with a great menu of coffee drinks and lots of good beers. Specific drinks are excellent, like the powerful Americano and the out-of-this-world butter pecan maple chai. The owners are incredibly friendly, sweet, and helpful, and they support other local businesses. With reasonable prices and interesting food, it is a beloved, locally owned stop that visitors plan to return to again and again.
